People make millions of dollars investing in stocks. Why shouldn't you? Although the stock market seems like something reserved for your parents, it's easy for teenagers to get involved and to invest... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This was a good book. It was very simple and it was pretty interesting. I would recommend this book for teens beginning in the Stock Market.
Sensible, Readable Introduction to the Stock Market

Leibowitz is a teenager with a sensible, cautious approach to the market. He explains concepts well and urges readers to invest for the long term, based on research not rumor. I don't understand the reviews that call this book dangerous--he's quite conservative in his advice and not at all oriented towards making a quick buck like you might expect for someone that young. This would be an excellent introduction to the market for someone totally unfamiliar with it, which is clearly who he thinks his audience is.
a more than worthy investment

I am in my 30's and was searching for a helpful guide to begin my investing for the future. I read an article about the author in the Philadelphia Inquirer and decided to purchase his book. After finishing I was amazed at how simple it was to understand a world I was so unfamiliar with. I shared it with a few of my friends who agreed that it should be read as a primer for young adults and beginners interested in educating themselves about investing. I now have a sense of what the market is all about and feel ready to start investing.
Wall Street Wizard Great for the Young Investor

Wall Street Wizard proves to be a very useful tool for the new investor. The book is written to instruct those who have little experience dealing with Wall Street, covering various topics from Wall Street lingo to investing tips. Before reading this book, I found the stock market to be intimidating and confusing. This book sheds new light on the subject for the young investor, such as myself. Appropriate for all ages, this book provides insight in a readable and interesting manner, keeping the reader's interest the whole way through. I recommend Wall Street Wizard to anyone who is interested in learning about the stock market in fun and enjoyable way, no matter what their expertise or age.
Good Book for All Ages

I'm 18, and like Liebowitz, I started investing at a pretty young age (although unfortunately, my success isn't a quarter of his). It's too bad he didn't write this book much earlier, cos I could've really benefited from it as a beginner. It's well-written, easy to understand, and it pretty much covers all the basic topics of investing -- but at a very introductory level, so keep in mind that this isn't an in-depth guide to playing the market. I found this book in the young adult aisle at Borders, but any person, kid or adult, looking for a clear, general introduction to investing should check it out (if you're clueless about investing, this is REALLY the book for you). It's only too bad that his website isn't so interesting.
