Volume # 10 of the Bregdan Chronicles continues the sweeping historical saga that now encompasses the third year of American Reconstruction. How many books will be in the Bregdan Chronicles? No one knows yet... Ginny intends to write these character's stories, one year at a time, for as long as she is able to write. She is passionate about bringing history to life through historical fiction, and she doesn't like stories to end any more than you do. This one won't end for a very long time Review: Just finished #10 in the series. I have never been so taken with a book. I am beyond glad Ms. Dye continues to write more. The characters have become part of my life. I have learned so much of our country's history, and much I should have known but either wasn't taught or I slept through that class. As I read I stop to google to read more of the subject. My patient husband knows there will be a synopsis of the chapters each evening. Review: I have loved reading the first 9 books in this series, but this one was outstanding I could not stop reading as I wanted to know what would happen next Thank you Ginny Dye . I am looking forward to the next book Review: I love that the quarantine has given me the time to read more books in this series. As I am reminded of the many historical horrors experienced by people who have lived in this country before us, I realize we are also strong and resilient. This generation will not let the horrors of 2020 define their future either. As have so many others, I lost a young grandson during this epidemic and I appreciate the life lessons I am reminded of while reading The Bregdan Chronicles. Review: Greetings from New Zealand I binged through all 10 of Ginny's Bregdan series, having been hooked line and sinker before I was even half way through the very first in this awesome series. Needless to say, I was devastated when I came to the end of 'Walking into the Unknown' and didn't realize I had caught up to date with the series. I felt like it must feel to be a junkie and not be able to get your next fix. I almost threw a tantrum. Not a good look. I can't speak more highly of Ginny's incredible insight and wisdom of each and everyone of her characters, as well as the time period and the moral and social issues confronting the nation and generations. The devastating heartbreak, courage and unapologetic personal actions and deep thoughts have been a roller coaster journey to wade through. There were so many times I voiced aloud my emotional reaction to a situation a character found themselves in - extricated or not. I have highly recommended Ginny's 'Bregdan Series' to all my family and friends, knowing that they will be inspired by the weaving. I'll read for as long as you write
