God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, and He went about (walked around) doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. This is what God expects from us also. This is why Apostle Paul said, "The Kingdom of God is not in word but in power. My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power." When the Lord said that we shall be witnesses to Him after being empowered by the Holy Spirit, He was telling us to walk in the anointing.
