Marty Wakefield has just come home after five years in prison. He was charged with raping a teen aged girl. It was her word against his, but to avoid the risk of a much longer sentence if convicted he took a plea bargain. As it turned out the girl's father had been sexually abusing her since age five and he saw the chance to focus the blame on Marty. While in prison Marty's real girlfriend stayed close to him and they were married after his release, but the father of the girl who was allegedly raped wanted Marty back in jail. He devised a plan that would place Marty in violation of his five years probation and it worked When Marty realized he was going back to jail he decided to jump bail and head for another state with his young wife and change their identity. The story becomes a dangerous adventure involving a cast of many characters as Marty tries to keep his freedom and prove his innocence...
