I loved this book

I want an Amanda Dickson doll to take around with me. I would put her in my shirt pocket. I would take her out and pull a string to hear her fresh, vibrant wisdom. She has a view on life that just works - no matter what the struggles you might be facing. Viewing any challenge from the right perspective makes the ordeal much easier, she provides some practical tips and guidance to help achieve a better outlook. This book could do much to wipe out the scourge of grumpy old men (and women) that seem to plague us all at nearly every turn. You cannot help but have a better - more joy filled - outlook after reading it. Bravo Amanda!

Excellent book

Amanda isn't afraid to tell it like it is. She talks about the positives we can adopt to make our life's work (whatever that may be) more beneficial to each of us. She takes a most positive tone and the reader can't help but catch some of her optimism! Whether you just want to be reminded of things you already know or learn things you didn't, this book will teach you. Come ready to learn!

Very good book for those in need!

I enjoyed very much reading this book. Specially because there were many anecdotes which I could relate to (I think everybody could), and also because it shows that it was written with love. Besides, it was really funny and light. I recommend this book to anyone trying to find peace at their working scenario, or looking for motivation in life.
