Waiting for the Merge

By K B Fugitt

When astronomers discover a mysterious object in deep space that no one has seen before and have no idea what it could be, there are a lot of theories, but no answers. After months of monitoring, it is determined the cosmic mystery is headed in the direction of a certain solar system and a planet inhabited by human beings. Is it friend or foe? In the final installment of this three part series by K.B. Fugitt there is only one question that needs to be answered: can love and kindness cast out evil and hate? Several characters from K.B. Fugitt's first two books, "The Effects of War on a Godless Dog Lover" and "Searching for Angels and Peace in the World" are brought back for this third and final chapter to help Sarah Franklin deliver her message of love and respect for others. As she runs for a seat in the United States Congress, Sarah takes on a crazed president intent on putting everyone in harm's way by thinking his insane ideas to save the planet will work. Will the angels who have invested so much time trying to steer humans in the right direction prevail? What is the new reality that arrives with the changing sky? Will this looming transformation called The Merge answer any of these questions? A planet in trouble and ready to implode is about to find out.
