The mother-daughter duo, Yogi Jeana Lynn and Alexa Altman, have been working as a team for the past six years for Yogi Jeana's mindfulness company: Grokrocks. Jeana has been in the health and healing industry for over thirty years, and Alexa is an elementary education teacher, both from Miami, Florida. Grokrocks is a guided meditation and crystal healing company with a powerful mission to give people a tool to cultivate kindness and positivity. They co- created Grok Kids, combining their passion for helping children stimulate creativity, self-expression, self-love, and individuality.
