This is the fifth book of poems and short stories dealing with PTSD management of symptoms. Through these writings, I am able to face some of my fears and thoughts and, in a sense, close the pages on them at least for a while. The therapeutic value is extremely high and I have found it absolutely something I need to do. Although this is my device I have found to deal with my PTSD issues, I urge all veterans with PTSD to find something to battle the demons of this horrible disease. My brother paints, I write, and others use all sorts of art mediums to face the demons. These poems are real and to the point as all of my poems are. The short stories are a wide variety of topics from fantasy to drama, even horror. They get the reader to think, engage, and face the chosen topic or idea.
