This book is a collection of poetry that I drew from the meetings I attended over a course of three years. They come from all sides of what they call "The Disease". It affects all sides, not just the users but families and friends as well. It is a battle that involves everyone, so if knowing is truly half the battle I believe the more we know the better equipped we are to fight. This particular family group and many others like it are all about learning, sharing and healing, and that what this book is about as well. As you read through these pages try to put yourself in each situation, make it personal, make it important, and then go out a make a difference.
