In this fascinating account, the young singer shares her amazing true story. From humble beginnings in Wales singing on local radio to singing for Prince Charles, President Clinton, and the Pope, to her quick rise to the top of the music charts, Charlotte Churchs unique story is an inspiring tale of a phenomenal young talent and will touch the hearts of millions of music lovers worldwide. Charlotte Churchs first album, Voice of an Angel, reached #1 on Britains classical music chart, #10 on its pop music chart, went to #28 on North American music charts, and went double platinum in five weeks. Her second album sold 2.5 million copies. She was the youngest artist ever to appear on the Billboard 100. Sony Classical has signed Church to a five-album deal, signifying their strong commitment to the long-term success of the young singer. Charlotte Church has been featured in numerous publications, including People, Newsweek, USA Today, Billboard, and the Washington Post. She has appeared on Dateline, The Rosie ODonnell Show, Good Morning America, the Today show, the Tonight show, the 1999 MTV Music Awards, and Touched by an Angel.
Charlotte Church is great! This will not be the best book you've ever read, but if you like books like "The Princess Diaries" where you feel like you are talking to the person it's about, this book is for you. In this book she writes to you like you are her best friend. Being a big fan of hers it was really fascinating. However, I can understand that the writing style of this book would only appeal to teenage girls.

This book was unbelieveable. She's only 14 and she has such a great life, and wrote in great specific details. It seems like she is writing to you. You learn so much about a famous person and she tells you about her vistits to the Vatican, the White House, and describes her house and room in detail. Also, she tells you all about her friends and schools.

I was a bit reluctant of picking up another biography because of how they are written. They are not always by the person themself, but written up by someone completely different. I LOVED this biography of Charlotte Church. You could tell it was written by her. I read it in two days. I couldn't put it down. If you want a better glimpse at Charlotte, the regular gal, check this book out!!
Magnificent!

This is a vividly written autobiography. I cannot give away much, but I surely can say that Charlotte Church is a wonderful writer, as well as a brilliant singer! Highly recommended; you will not be disappointed.
