Great for Newer Knitters

This book is full of patterns using todays thicker yarns - great for quick projects. I knit a floor-length hooded vest in a weekend!Although some of the patterns are a bit outdated, you can easily adapt them for todays styles (i.e. shorten up the length of the pullovers and add bell sleeves). There is a wide variety of patterns, from sweaters to shawls to evening wear.Some experience required - as there is shaping involved.
