Enjoyed This Book - Good Presentation

I read Bill Stuckey's VoIP Made Easy and believe it should be required reading for all Telecom and IT Managers looking into VoIP for their companies. Bill's writing is easy to understand and friendly. There isn't an ounce of arrogance in the book, which is a nice change. Bill gives the reader commmon sense advice when taking on a VoIP project and understands how many people are afraid of advancing technologies. It's refreshing to find such a guide at such a reasonable price. The only thing I would have mentioned about VoIP is the 911 call location issues and what is being done to handle them. I'm recommending Bill's book to my clients!
