She has served as an educator for 30 years in public and private schools, community colleges, and as a GED Instructor in the penal system. She has one son, one daughter, and two pets. She enjoys singing, writing, travelling, reading, driving the motorcycle, and having backyard gatherings with food, family, and friends.
