Stunning Illustrations!

Perfect balance of junior chapterbook to illustrations!

a good book,

Hi well to start I read this and a lot of the other disney fairy books and this one is my favorite. I guess I like it the best cause it's kinda a mystery and I love mysterys and it's about Vidia my favorite fairy. The only problem I can see is it's a short novel and I like long ones. But overall I like this book gotta go hope this was helpful Brooke.

Vidia and the Fairy Crown

The is a great book for in-between readers--my five year old daughter is not quite ready for regular chapter books, but feels too old for picture books. She has been a frustrated and apathetic listener recently, but absolutely loved this book and asked me every hour to read more. My seven year old son overheard me reading it to her and joined in--and he loved it! Both kids have begged to get more books from this series. They are a great mix of wonderful color pictures, interesting story, and writing that appeals to a broad range of pre and elementary school kids.

Another excellent book in the series

My daughter & I have enjoyed reading this book together. She is five and although she is not reading at this level yet, she is comprehending the story well with some limited input from me. This book is another in the series on fairies in Neverland. This one relates the story the missing fairy crown and Vidia's struggle to clear her name. I hope they publish more in the series as my daughter enjoys stores about faires, as well as mermaids, angels and princesses.

My Favorite Fairy

Opinion: Of the paperback Disney Fairies books, Vidia and the Fairy Crown is my favorite. Vidia has always been my favorite fairy, and the only reason I read the books was because of her. My sister convinced me to read Vidia's, and if I like it, then read the rest. I read it, and loved it. Now, I can't wait for the rest of the series! Summery: When Cinda realizes that Queen Clarion's crown is missing, Tinker Bell and Rani automatically blame inocent Vidia. Vidia couln't care less about what other people say about her, untill she finds out what the punishment is. Vidia finds Pixie Hollow annoying, everyone knows that, but she wouldn't want to be seperated from her kind FOREVER! When kidhearted Prilla offers to help Vidia in her search to find Queen Ree's crown, Vidia is unfortunally, inclined to look for it to prove herself innocent. This book is full of twists and turns (literally) and lots of nasty looks (poor Vidia!), plus, a chance to get to know Vidia for who she truly is, even under the greatest pressure of all. I think there is even a new friendship in the making!

The world of Fairies is so real...

The new series of fairy books are really great reads. Out of the first 4 books in this series, this was one of my top 2 favorite reads. What I loved most about this book was the introduction of new fairy faces and fairy talents. The fairies have been brought to life with interesting characters and a magical beautiful world. Vidia has even become a bit more "likeable". Great story, great characters and GREAT creation of the fairy world and the talents they each posess!. Anyone who was disappointed with Quest for the golden egg should give this a try. It is MUCH better.
