Chris Rickman, a man with principles, defends those who find themselves easy victims in an unfair world: animals. As Special Agent in Charge Henry Landis tries to catch up to the serial killer using animals as their weapons, frustration grips him and his team as every attempt to get a lead has failed so far. How can someone catch an alligator and then feed it with the chained poacher on the ground? This killer is too thorough and leaves nothing to go on other than whatever is intentionally left at the scene. Given some of the animals used to kill people, the planning involved is incredible. When a shot in the dark idea yields the first bit of evidence, Landis and team slowly begin to gain ground on the unknown killer.
