Focusing on the activities of the victim support service of an INAVEM network member organization, this study highlights professionals' practices in the areas of victim support and mediation, as well as various challenges they may face. Finally, the study highlights various victimization issues these professionals encounter on a daily basis: the role of the victim in expedited judicial proceedings and victimization related to marriage.
