In the heart of this work, which is about "The viability study of community radios in the city of Bukavu: the case of Radio Maendeleo", we have tried to show that radio is a communication tool that has existed for too long and that has put both rural and urban communities in contact.Our country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, has seen the emergence of community radio stations since the day Mobutu liberalized the media space to ask communities to have a tool that can relay information that is happening in their immediate environment Unfortunately, these radios are experiencing a number of malfunctions that prevent them from achieving the objectives they have set themselves to better serve the communities they serve in order to contribute to the integral and integrated development of their respective entities.
