Great book for those who need direction in getting in shape!

I really love this book! it's great for those who are having trouble coming up with an exercise routine, it has sections of all different kinds of workouts for each part of your body. I myself have been doing th workouts now for a month and I love the results I am seeing. Would defenetly reccomend to others.

This book is awesome!

I love this book! It is so easy to use and understand, even if you don't have alot of experience with working out. What I really love is that there are 2 workouts - one for the gym, and one for home. Each workout has different levels so you can start out as a beginner and gradually add more exercises as you get stronger. There are pictures beside each exercise that show you how to properly perform them, and written instructions for each one. The diet portion of the book is great, too, because all you have to do is choose from lists of approved foods in each category to create your menus. This book is so well organized that you can start putting the information to use immediately. I would highly recommend this book to everyone that would like to get in better shape but isn't sure how to go about doing it!

More than just another diet book!

The absolute best part of this book is the exercise section. EVERY EXERCISE HAS PHOTOGRAPHS OF A MODEL SHOWING HOW TO PERFORM THE EXERCISE CORRECTLY. The exercise section is separated into two parts, depending on whether you work out in a gym or at home, and each section has its own photographed descriptions. It is so clear that it makes you want to jump into some sweats and start right away. And that's the other great part--the motivation. This book has a section on how to find your passion for exercise (or anything else). It reads like self-help for the body, as well as the mind. This book is a terrific addition to any collection. You don't have to look like a model to take advantage of all the helpful advice.
