No CD was included

When I opened my package, there was no CD that accompanied the book. The pouch where it was supposed to be at was empty. Why are are you claiming that Cd is included????!!!

Great for ESL students/instructors

I highly recommend the book for ESL teachers. Great exercises, real-life topics, natural language,lots of listening, well organized, CASAS standardized.
