In the 1950s, an unusual alliance of vampires, witches and humans worked together to imprison a master vampire, Von Damme, and his radical followers in beneath the waters of the South Holston Lake, Tennessee. Her consort, Dillon, seeks the truth behind the funk from the dump and what's hidden in the landfill, where the cult, the Butcher pack, and the Devils Horns gather to enact the vengeance of the vampires.
