Unbelievable!

We've been using this cookbook for nearly a year and haven't yet found a recipe that we didn't like. The instructions are clear, the pictures are helpful, and the difficulty rating system helps a lot with scheduling. My only complaint is that most recipse take longer to make than the book's estimate. Also, there are sometimes ingredients that are difficult to find in a regular grocery store(like sugocasa).
