This book lacks the depth of other vegetarian and vegan slow cooker cookbooks. Divided into chapters like appetizers, soups, drinks, etc. each only has 5-6 recipes. Some of the dishes are also not appetizing - is anyone really looking for a breakfast recipe of prunes and orange marmalade? On the upside, this book has an easy to read font and nice spacing in the layout. It also includes the nutritional information.

New Inspiration for Slow Cooker

I needed some new recipes for the slow cooker and this book delivered. The first few I've tried have been successful and I look forward to trying more.
