As I reflect on my journey into the world of veganism, I am reminded of the profound transformation that has taken place within me. From a curious explorer to a passionate advocate, my understanding of this movement has evolved significantly over the years. The veganism Virtues is the first book of its kind to encompass vegan literature and its perception in Africa drawing lessons from the limited sources available both online and in libraries, it traces the infinite signs of veganism in Africa, builds the vegan concept as a philosophy, reality and ideology. It tackles the misconceptions which I find to be true and how we can solidly rebate them, I try as much as possible to define the vegan concepts in the simplest form possible for researchers, academicians, think tanks, organizations and the global community.
