Another Vatican II wishful thinking

The author lumps all 4 "Constitutions" of Vatican II together. There are two different "Constitutions". The most important are the two Dogmatic Constitutions. The Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation, and The Dogmatic Constitution on the Church. These are the keys to all the other documents, including The Constitution on The Church in the Modern World and the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy.
