Varshita, my soul-mate, passed away on the 10th of January 2020. This book of 25 illustrated poems is a humble tribute to this great lady. She died as she lived, fighting against all odds, battling metastatic breast cancer boldly. Her life is special because of the way she lived it . An epitome of generosity, compassion and devotion, true grit and resourcefulness, she graced the world's stage for a relatively short time, but left behind her 'heartprint' in the lives of everyone who knew her. The comments interspersed amidst the poems, testify to this fact. Proceeds (royalties) from the sale of this book will be donated directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee (USA).
