When the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a
Global Pandemic on March 11, 2020, few of us could have
imagined the ensuing consequences. The unprecedented
changes in lifestyle, work, and social interactions, not to
mention the fear and panic of the COVID-19 virus itself.
Thoughts of travel soon vanished faster than toilet tissue
and dried pasta from supermarket shelves.
