The Branch of Ayurveda Which Deals With the Pharmaceutical Preparation of Rasaushadhis is known as Rasashastra. There are seven metals describe in classical literature i.e. Swarna, Rajata, Tamra, loha, vanga, naga and yashada. These are having high therapeutic values both in preventing and curing various diseases. Vanga is one of such metal having wide range of therapeutic values. Present book is about classical literature i.e. two types of purification methods given for the vanga metal first Normal purification and second one is special methods of purification and after purification various methods described in literature for marana.
