Jessica is in Pueblo Lorca working in her clinic, with Diana. Morgan and Adrian run down for a visit, but find it's not going to be a vacation when Jessica is kidnapped at gunpoint by using her infant daughter as a hostage, in order to take care of the wounded head of a drug cartel to the north of the clinic.
