Beginning our series is the introduction of Lanius Dunn, the original vampire, and his Patriots. Nameless champions of every war throughout the ages of Mankind. Personal matters of the heart, unique to our vampire heroes, distract whilst an unknown enemy of both vampire and human societies builds a secret army for unknown, but certainly awful, reasons.
Our reluctant hero discovers a human ally, silently helping through his years, in a position to help. But this ally's personally painful journey to becoming a friend of vampires is the lynchpin to maintaining both worlds. Should it hold, both societies remain safe. If it slips, all can come crashing down together mixing chaos into both while revealing the vampire world to the blissfully ignorant humans, assuring destruction galore.
Our series maintains painstaking historical accuracy mixed with the fictional insertion of our characters. In the end only the reader can determine if there is any fiction at all.
