About the Book

The Valkyrie series kicks off here

Valkyrie of Death (Alex) is book 1 of 3 in this new world.

Alex, the Valkyrie of Death, lives in a world where monsters lurk and powerful ancient gifts pulse just beneath the skin; she thought she knew danger. As a Valkyrie living on the run, she's mastered the art of blending in-until a Demon hunt gone wrong shoves her into the crosshairs of the city's most powerful, soon-to-be King of Vampires.

Now, with her rare gifts awakening and her friends at her side, Alex is thrust into a tangled web of supernatural politics, deadly secrets, and primal desires. Her enemies want to claim her for her power-or destroy her before she comes into her own. Her allies? They're just as dangerous, especially Lucas, the Vampire, whose touch both thrills her and threatens to unravel everything she thought she knew about loyalty, love, and Fate.

As darkness descends and old enemies rise, Alex must choose: embrace the destiny written in her blood, or fight to forge a new path-one that could save her world, or shatter her heart.

Valkyrie of Death is a pulse-pounding paranormal romance brimming with fierce heroines, brooding immortals, and a chemistry that burns hotter than hellfire. Perfect for fans of steamy dark romance, found family, and heroines who refuse to be tamed.

Note: This book is the 1st of the Valkyrie series. Books 2 & 3 will be coming soon.

About the Author

Bree Knight comes from a family of creative and imaginative people. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from North Dakota State University, with an emphasis in stained glass. She grew up as an avid reader, which led her to develop a love of fantasy fiction, and that creativity is evident in her artwork.

Growing up, the local library was one of the places she and her sisters would visit on their bikes during Minnesota summers. It was a great place to escape the heat and explore. At the library, her imagination was let loose into the pages of those books. She's held on to her love of reading to this day.

During the pandemic, she felt a need for a new creative outlet ... writing. From there, she began to create a world of her own, with characters resembling those in her life.

To have this outlet and the backing of her family has been amazing.
