A thorough introduction for non-medical people

I am an adult, but I needed to know some general information about vaccines in a hurry. This book is informative, concise and careful to provide sufficient background in immunology and genetics. It seemed to be very up-to-date on new kinds of vaccines. Of particular note, the sources are documented, and the reading lists at the back appear to be very valuable for further exploration of the subject
