Going back the line to ancient Greek democratic time, this is a logical and knowledgeable book for leadership, teaching, business, politics and democracy; a tool for society in general; having an understanding of communication, cooperation, science, and a knowledgeseeking attitude. Development is dependent on a relatively high dialectic frequence, an effect of reason and free speech. The thinking has a preventive effect on harassment, and "silencing power." The book also shows how "fixed thoughts" and ideologization damages thinking and reason.

"I liked 1) the concentrated presentation of dialectic thinking in and on reality. 2) the clear structure of the booklet in four parts and its pedagogic quality. 3) the authors explanation his emphasizing of the 'first principle' (on page 14 and in chapter 3). 4) the elegant demonstration of the connection between nowadays dialectics with their roots in ancient Greece more than 2300 years ago. 5) The mainly short sentences make it easy to read and improve learning of the dialectic technique and the logic in it, by easily being able to repeat content of importance for understanding and applying it by yourself."
