Using Your Chakras

This isn't just a book to read, it is a manual you can dip into. It is really useful to a practitioner seeking to aid healing especially of stubborn states that people have found debilitating and hard to shift. There is information about chakras that is not in many books and I have found this a useful lead in guiding me towards a wider search for answers. I recommend this book, although some of the text is repeated from Ms White's earlier work, it's easier to have that information in this book which has a slightly different slant than it is to look it up elsewhere. The book has opened up a whole new area for me to explore. It is best to approach it with a very open mind in order to glean the information held within; Ms White is very open about the ways in which she receives the information that guides her, and some may find it fanciful. It is however, in practical terms, very useful indeed. Ros
