Books Are The Key To Learning To Read

Nothing and I do mean NOTHING progresses a child (or an adult for that matter) along in terms of their reading and comprehensiveness either as a beginner or as an advanced-master better than books reading...either reading them yourself or being read to. This excellent book promotes that very idea. What's a read aloud? What's shared reading? It touches on how to play and interact with books with a child...and how to best integrate them into the classroom. Nothing more and nothing less...but it's put together better than any way of I have seen.
