C ssio Bratti, Priscila Pelegrini and Adriana Redivo never intended to write a book, but they always thought about doing something for society that could contribute in some way to other people. While working in a meatpacking company to solve problems found in a sector of the industry, they saw the contribution the study could make to other academics, so the work was turned into an article and published in congresses and magazines. The aim of publishing this book is to continue distributing the knowledge and study carried out using the Arena program, in order to help both academics and company managers with the challenges encountered in industry on a daily basis.
