Usher's and Greeter's Ministry

Early in my ministry while pastoring a church that was growing rapidly a pastor of an independent church in the area asked me what we were doing that resulted in the phenomenal growth we were having.

Although I had not yet written the book Your Church Can Grow, that includes 35 Critical Questions in chapter four, we discussed several of those topics, and I have since realized that I should have included at least one additional topic in that book, and that is Usher's and Greeter's Ministry.

I have since come to realize this topic is equally as important as the 35 other questions, and possibly more important; which I'm sure you will agree after you have read this book.
