A dear brother handed this book to me my first week in the usher department. I'm so glad he did. This book gave me the understanding that I needed to usher at a greater potential. Without reading this book, I probably would have past out envelopes and buckets with no real purpose. After reading Ushering in His Excellence I understood my role as an usher and how I could minister the love of Jesus to people. I know there are other good usher manuals out there, Buddy Bell has lots of great material [...] but even with those other materials I'd still put this book at the top of the list. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking into or already in the usher department at their local church. I'd also recommend this book to any ministry leaders or individuals that believe they're seasoned in the faith. I thank God for that brother that handed this book to me. The knowledge I received from this book and my obediance to God have caused me to bare much fruit.

This book is an extreemly well writen start to finish manual for the ushering and helps ministrys. it take one from the very beginning steps through catching technics staying in the spirit and aware of whats going on and many other tough subjects the many ushering and helps ministrys face

The book is bible centered and down to earth. I believe church ushering is ministry and servanthood. This book is number 1 in my many collections on ushering.
