Use Your Words

Use your words was written at a time where I allowed myself to align my thoughts with feelings. Writing has always been my main way of coping through trauma and triumph. Through my written expression, I hope the lasting lesson of "use your words" provides much inspiration with its poetry and prose. The phrase "Use your words" came to me during a meditation. I finally felt guided to put my poetry, my words somewhere where they could be felt. This book was in fact my light on the midst of darkness. And I hope it is used to shed light upon the reader as well.
