Effective job hunting has become a much more complex process. Finding a new job once was a simple one-step process. Job search engines and Social networks now expand the job seeker's ability to find and apply for jobs in a variety of ways. Using the internet and social networks for conducting a job search saves time and unnecessary work. More and more recruiters are taking advantage of these tools to find and hire qualified candidates. Employers are increasingly advertising vacancies on their own websites or third-party websites that maintain databases of current candidate resumes and employer vacancies. Recruiters can then more easily pre-screen applicants and gain greater exposure for their vacant positions.
