The cosmetics sector represents one of the most dynamic markets, in constant transformation, where great competition has a positive impact, leading to the search for innovative products, as well as new concepts, creating new niches and segments. As a result of the constant search for alternatives for aesthetic improvement, there has been a great need for nutritional supplementation, with the aim of bringing benefits to physical appearance, since a healthy eating routine, with plenty of fluids and a good night's sleep, are becoming increasingly distant habits for most people. To meet these demands, nutricosmetics have emerged on the market, involving the areas of cosmetics and food. Nutricosmetics are characterized by the oral supplementation of nutrients that contain the concentrated form of one or more bioactive compounds from a food, presented separately from the food matrix, and are usually consumed with the aim of improving health and physical appearance - "beauty from the inside out".
