great book to add to your cookbook collection

Originally, I borrowed this book from the library. After having it for a few days, I realized I needed my own copy. This book is no longer in print, however, you can get a used one. I highly recommend it. The book gives you great ideas for what is leftover in your fridge or cupboards. Simple, satisfying recipes. Just the Cranberry Relish recipe alone was worth getting this book and we not talking about alot money here. Get it, you won't regret it.
