The best damn book you can buy!

This little thing may not look like much, but picking it up is probably the single best thing you can do for your tennis game. Tantalo stresses the fundamentals and supplies effective techniques for playing sound tennis. The countless illustrations included are simple but do an excellent job conveying the ideas and strategies. I've recommended this book to several friends (who all love it) and I would recommend it to anyone, particularly those in the beginner to intermediate range.

simple but very effective

This "butt ugly" green book is a "sleeper" that cuts right to the CORE of how the game should be played. In essense, USA TC places heavy emphasis on playing the game itself correctly and not on things such as stroke mechanics. Like most other tennis books, the subject matter is compartmentalized, but TC uses a somewhat different approach to each subject matter. No tennis book library should be without a copy in it.

EXCELLENT SOURCE BOOK

This is an excellent book, recommended both for the beginner and moderately advanced player.
