They will choose to catch public transportation tools, e.g. buses, trams, underground trains, taxis, ferries to go to offices or any working places or travelling places for entertainment or working aims. Thus, air pollution will bring that none cars behavioral consumption or activities will be more popular choice to Washington and New York cities residents. Because they won't hope to live in one dirty air pollution city in US. But rental cars activities will be possible increased, due to the US Washington and New York cities owning car householders who should possible sell their cars as well as the they will choose rent cars to go to anywhere for working or entertainment needs every day habitually. Then, the renting car businesses will be possible influenced to increase, due to air pollution factor influences to change Washington and New York residents' driving activities to be reduced.
