The objective of the research is to study the epidemiological and therapeutic aspects of ureteral lithiasis at the Luxembourg University Hospital.Methodology: This was a retrospective descriptive study of a series of patients presenting with ureteral lithiasis over a period of 6 years, from January 2017 to December 2022 in the urology department of the Luxembourg University Hospital.Results: ⮚ The frequency of ureteric lithiasis is 2.48%.⮚ The age group of 38 to 50 years was the most affected with extremes of 10 and 75 years.⮚ The sex ratio was 2.95 in favor of men.⮚ Pain was the main symptom followed by urination problems and hematuria.⮚ Ureteral lithiasis also plays an important role in impaired renal function and urinary infections.⮚ Radiological examinations play an important role in the management of urolithiasis.⮚ Ureteroscopy was used as curative treatment in 54.7% of cases.
