Redheaded grey-eyed senior Breckin Glass is having kind of a bad day. It's Valentine's Day, and Breck and his girlfriend Eleven Gillespie just broke up. And it's all Breck's fault. Breck decided that he wanted to be in a relationship with both Eleven and his ex Maddox, and Eleven isn't having it. And that makes things awkward, because Breck is hanging out in the theater with both of his exes and his friends, vaping and buying drugs for the weekend. When they leave to head to class, something is off. There are no students in the quad or anywhere. All of a sudden, the assistant principal for the 9th graders rips the heart out of one of Breck's friends and devours it. Breck and his friends soon discover that they are the last students left alive. And they are locked down in their high school with an infected staff who have a ravenous hunger for teen hearts. Now Breck and his reluctant band of misfits must fight their way through High Street High to make it out before they become lunch.
