Upper limb pain, particularly neuropathic pain, is a frequent reason for requesting an electroneuromyogram (ENMG). This exploration implies a complementarity with the clinical examination. The electrodiagnosis can give an answer to the clinical question thatquestion that cannot be answered by the neurological examination.In this book, we have specified the contribution of the ENMG in the exploration of a painful upper limb according to the existence or not of a diagnostic hypothesis formulated by the requesting physician.
