Developer bulldozers lurk nearby, and tidal floods from climate change threaten the city. Property manager Leon goes on vacation to Texas and drops out of sight for weeks, upsetting the residents. Leasing manager Gloria and the gang are left to make do for themselves. On Halloween, atmospheric conditions bring a freak northeaster and a wall of water.
