Beautiful Book

My 15-month old son got this book from his great-grandparents, and he absolutely LOVES it! We sometimes read it 4 or 5 times in a row. It is a sweet book about a little boy and his daddy. It not only is about the boy being taller than lots of different things while he is on his daddy's shoulders, but it conveys the love between a father and son. The book ends with "Up on Daddy's shoulders I'm the happiest kid in the world." The words are gentle and lulling, and the pictures are just beautiful. My son especially loves that there is a doggie and a basketball in some of the pictures! We LOVE this book!

Parents and kids will find it a fine read-aloud.

Excellent Children's Book

This is an excellent book to read to your toddler. In a few years my son will probably be able to read this book to me. I like this book a lot and it's probably because I carry my son on my shoulders like my father did me!
