Loved it; Definitely do the Audiobook

Not my typical area of interest but I'm a big fan of David Mitchell. This did not disappoint. It was the perfect mix of history facts and commentary for me. Never found it dull.

Good, Not Great

This book was not exactly what I expected, but it still delivered. The incredible, often crazy, history of England's Kings and Queens is entertaining enough, and I feel that this book would have benefitted from cutting down on a lot of the cheeky references. It still is an entertaining read, and even those who are not big history buffs will enjoy it.
