Writing this book has been one of the most challenging things I've faced during this year of 2023. I started on this project approximately four months ago, and forcing myself to write new content every day altered my mindset in an extremely positive way. I've never been good with discipline unless it was on someone else's accord, so being able to begin such a monumental piece and pushing myself to finish has motivated me to release more inspirational work. I fell in love with every bit of this process. Including the moments when I wanted to take the easy route and turn my back on all my hard work. Whomever this book comes across, I hope it can become someone's sanctuary and most treasured possession the way it has been for me.
